Black Bean and Rice Salad

1 package crumbled feta cheese

1 can rinsed and drained black beans

1 cup cooked brown rice

¼ cup chopped green onions

1 cup corn

1 diced red bell pepper

¼ cup chopped cilantro

½ cup italian dressing

Mix above ingredients well. Refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving. Always goes well at a potluck BBQ!
